The DSP Apprenticeship Program of the QuILTSS Institute is a work-based learning model where, as an apprentice, you will receive supervised on-the-job training coupled with job-related online training to ensure you have the skills needed to be successful in your role as a DSP. As you complete training and achieve hours-worked milestones, you will earn increased wages totaling $3.50 or more per hour by the end of the one-year apprenticeship program. Once you have fully completed your program, you will earn a nationally recognized credential as a QuILTSS-certified DSP.
